Our Team Training sessions create a community environment that promotes accountability and motivates you to push hard through your entire workout. Each session accommodates approximately a 6:1 ratio of clients to coach. This allows the training to feature fun, safe, and effective movements. Keeping the groups small allows our coaches to tailor the program to all levels and provide individual attention and guidance when needed. 

THE PROGRAMMING

Each class is a fat burning 45 minute workout! 

We follow a 3-day template: Monday, Wednesday, Friday are Full body strength days with ab finishers. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) days with ab finishers. Each class compliments each other, includes the proper dynamic warm-ups, and each class’s template changes daily.

THE NUTRITION

Every person requires a plan which fits their own lifestyle. Our dietitian Ryan Eaton will provide healthy-sustainable plans to achieve all individuals goals. Counseling is provided to assist you with breaking through barriers and creating solutions. Ryan will educate you on how to create a better relationship with your food. 

Your plan will be customized based on your eating habits, lifestyle and goals. Keeping your plan customized gives you the proper tools to develop the best possible version of yourself and achieve sustainable results.
