Our Semi-Private Small Group Training Sessions create a team environment that promotes accountability and motivates you to push hard through your entire workout. Each session accommodates approximately three to four people and features fun, safe, and effective movements. Keeping the groups small allows our coaches to tailor the program to each person and provide individual attention and guidance when needed.
