Our Mat Pilates classes are kept small so that each client may have personal attention and correct form to maximize their workout. In Mat class, we use the body to create resistance, adding additional tools to help intensify the workout. Mat Pilates strengthens the body’s “powerhouse”. Pilates exercises engage the abdominal, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips, and glutes… plus, tones the body and increases flexibility!
All fitness levels are welcome!
