I’ve always had a love for fitness and sports and believe in health and fitness as a mind and body connection. I really enjoy connecting with my clients, from young to old and to help each to reach their personal goals.

I have been immersed in the fitness and wellness community from a very young age. Growing up my family was very invested in their heath and physical fitness, my mother was a personal trainer and my father was an avid supporter of the martial arts and a coach of multiple sports. As a very active child I enjoyed sports and fitness because it would expend all the energy I had.

As I grew up, I continued with this passion for movement, and when it came to decide which college to attend, I chose The College at Brockport. I entered their impressive programs for Kinesiology and other movement type degrees. The moment I arrived at Brockport I got involved in the college’s fitness center teaching classes and leading club soccer. Along with taking classes that were movement based and sport focused, this really set me on knowing that I will never sit behind a desk for a job. I started teaching small group classes such as boxing and HIIT. I fell in love with teaching my peers about fitness and self-defense.

Personal Training is something that is second nature to me and I love to teach people how to better know their own bodies. A connection between one’s mind and muscles is the key to lifelong healthy wellness. I would love to teach you to create healthy habits that will continue your entire life.
