Come on down to our lovely CLEAN humble abode! We have prepared for this time and have been loving being open this week! 

Our gym is staying super clean and safe due to all of the safety measuring we have put in place. We have hired a disinfectant company that sprays down the entire gym, diligent cleaning lists for staff and your own spray bottle and towel for your used equipment!

Stretching is an essential part of fitness. It is Stretching is an essential part of fitness. It is also one of the most overlooked parts! Stretching just 5 minutes a day will help you improve your flexibility, balance and even prevent injury! 
Try these 5 simple leg stretches anytime! 
Remember also to never force your stretch or bounce; you want to feel the stretch but not hurt yourself! Lean into it in a smooth manner and hold each one for at least 30 seconds. Make sure to breath!
